Yes, the power panels can be installed on a residential roof/building permanently. Sadly, we do not sell the accessories but I believe that these are available from most hardware stores.
What is the expected recharge life cycle?
The typical life span of an Sealed Lead Acid(SLA) battery is 500 to 800 full charge cycles. It is recommend charging Nature's Generators for at least 24hrs when the product is first received. Thereafter, if you do not plan on using it immediately, it is recommended that you charge it 100% prior to putting it away. Additionally, it is highly recommended that you recharge the generator at least once every four months. This will keep the battery active and provide optimum performance when the time comes to use it.
I need to run an evaporative cooler fun (about 150w) for about 6 to 7 hours a day. 3 hours in the early morning and 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon. Will this generator be able to support that?
The Elite gold system has a battery capacity of 1200-WH. Running 150-Watts on this system, assuming that nothing else is being powered, it should run your cooler for approximately 7 to 8 hours at most, on a single charge.

I want to add to a cabin where the Average wind speed is 6 MPH. Will the Wind Turbine make enough Voltage to charge the batteries?
It is recommended at least a consistent 10mph and it would be ideal for the wind to be consistent in the same direction. Gusts or changing direction of the wind may reduce the power generation of the Wind Turbine.
