The Cold Life plunge weighs about 78 lbs without any water. It is mandatory to have adequate help and support if you ever want to move your plunge. Compared to other plunges on the market, our plunge offers an all-encompassing versatile solution for our customers.

I’m 6 ‘ 6”, would I fit in your cold plunge?

Yes! We have had athletes as tall as 6 foot 9 inches in our cold plunge with no issues getting full exposure all the way up to their shoulders.

Can this fit through any door?
