What type of warranty does it come with?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our product. Please refer to our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 3 year and 5 year extended warranty options.

What is the lead time?

I’m 6ft 6” will I fit in your cold plunge?

Yes. We've had athletes up to 6'9" get in the Ultimate Lite and get neck deep comfortably!

Can I plug the chiller into a standard wall outlet?

Yes, our chiller plugs into a standard 110V outlet.

How cold can I set the temperature?

Our chiller can cool the water all the way down to 37 degrees.

How often do I need to change the filter?

Unlike most cold plunge chillers, you never have to buy new filters. Our 2-Step Filtration System comes equipped with anti-microbial permanent filters that need cleaning about once a week (heavy usage may vary).

Why a vertical plunge vs a laydown?

Among the many reasons, the top 3 are Diaphragmatic Breathing (MUCH easier to breath in a vertical plunge), Improved Circulation, Easy Entry/Exit.

For an inflatable cold plunge I am very impressed how durable it is and the quality. I love that the chiller is curved and fits snug against it. So far I am very happy with the product and have been using it every day

Arrived on time and was very easy to set up. I am using it right now like 4 days a week and slowly lowering the temperature. If you are looking for a good beginner cold plunge this is the best one on the market for the price

I am very impressed with the quality of this tub and chiller. I've had 3 different inflatable cold plunges now and this is a thousand times better than any others I've purchased. The chiller machine is the real deal and the tub is very sturdy. It was simple to set up and really easy to move around which is important to me to move them from my different properties.
